Moselle beauty part 2 – Kröv

Kröv hat eine absolute Besonderheit. Den Kröver-Nacktarsch!

The name is a spoof of the Latin “Nectarius” or the Celtic “Nackas”. Both mean something like “rocky height” and are derived from the fact that the slope in autumn without leaves simply looks “bare”.

Half-timbered houses, one winegrower next to the other and romantic alleyways invite you to take a day trip from the Mosel Chalets. Whether by train, boat, e-bike or car – Kröv is worth a trip. Trying the Kröver wine with the special name is a must. From our Moselle chalets it is almost 60 km of the most beautiful stretch of the Moselle, during which there are many places to stop for refreshments.
